Dispute Resolution

The Consumer may, at their express option, submit the resolution of disputes to the consideration of a consumer dispute arbitration centre.

In compliance with Article 18 of Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September, we hereby inform you that the Alternative Dispute Resolution entities for consumer disputes are those listed below:

With regard to disputes arising from the supply of goods or services through the IMPACTPLAN website, or any other electronic means, consumers may also resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/eproposalWeb/
